Our sanctuary is nestled in the heart of Spittal, just 80 yards from the iconic Spittal Promenade. This tranquil location provides a connection to the ever changing beach and the sea. With breathtaking views of the Berwick pier and lighthouse and the rhythmic waves of Spittal Beach. Sometimes, it is not tranquil and you will witness the power and roar of the sea! You can walk from here to the fabulous Cocklawburn Beach or keep going to Cheswick Beach with its views of Holy Island Castle and Bamburgh Castle to the south. Turn the other way and walk up the Tweed to Tweedmouth and cross the 400 year old bridge to Berwick.

We have three quality bedrooms with premium linens and peaceful vibes. The master room has a en-suite shower room and our second bathroom has a full bath suite. The quiet area we are in brings a restorative sleep beside the sea.
